Pioneer Skatepark Xmas Trip - Gallery Now Up

Full Write Up Coming Soon

Here's the pictures from today!

Due to the tremendous success of the CFAJunior coaching programme, the CFA’s Easter and summer event programme and our supportive partnership with Crawley Borough Council we would like to provide you an opportunity to attend a trip to Pioneer indoor skatepark, St Albans, on Wednesday December 22nd 2010. The trip is open to those aged 8 years and over.

The minibus driven by Crawley Community Transport will leave K2 Leisure Centre at 09.30am on Wed 22nd December and arrive back to K2 at approximately 5pm. Children will need to wear active clothing and will need to bring a packed lunch and a drink.

The trip will be attended by the Active CrawleyOfficer for Extreme Sports and at least one member of the C.F.A. Committee who are experienced skaters/riders, who have been trained in first aid and child protection, and who have been screened for their suitability for working with young people.

This trip will cost £15 for CFAmembers (£20 to non-members) and is open to Skateboarders and inline skaters only on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately the Skatepark does not allow BMX bikes but there will be a trip to follow in the New Year to include BMXers and details will be made available to CFA members as soon as they have been confirmed.

I would be grateful if you could complete, sign, date the trip registration and medical disclaimer forms and payment (cheques made payable to Crawley Freestyle Association), and post to: Lucy Adams Active Crawley Officer, K2, Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex, RH119BQ.

There are 12 places available and you will receive confirmation by post with more details if you have been lucky enough to secure a place.

The CFA also has a full Safeguarding and Protection of Children Policy.
